COMPARE FIBERGLASS PLANK TO WOOD PLANK
NexGenPlank is manufactured from a composite of resins and glass fiber reinforcement, making it non-conductive, non-corrosive, water resistant and non-flammable. These components have been used for years in off-shore installations. Solid DI-65 wood and laminated veneer lumber (LVL) have been the leading choice among building contractors for scaffold planking. Due to the inherent problems with wood, the founders were convinced that composite fiberglass planking is a far better choice for safer working conditions, increased worker productivity, and minimizing time expended in maintaining and inspecting plank for compliance requirements.
